Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts: Preparing for the Math & English Admission Test

On Friday, December 6th, Certified Louisiana, in conjunction with Louisiana Cookin’, hosted a recipe competition among Louisiana Culinary Institute students. The competition was comprised of four categories. Students had the opportunity to select their desired category and prepare an original dish for on-site judging.
