The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas had the pleasure of hosting a tour at our facility for the Japan Contract Food Service Association. The JCFSA is a non-profit organization, authorized by the Cabinet Office of the Japanese government. It is dedicated to improving food service quality and safety through research and education, as well as setting standards, guideline and certification. JCFSA is comprised of 215 Japanese organizations and corporations in the fields of food service, who provided the total of 1,065 million meals to 37,900 entities including 4,800 private corporations, 6,200 schools and colleges, and 10,900 hospitals in Japan during the year 2016.
