Shipping & Returns
- Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery.
- Please note that we cannot allow changes to the shipping address after an order was placed.
- Please keep in mind delivery can be delayed due to adverse traffic conditions or weather conditions or during holidays or limited edition launches. In addition, it depends on the shipping region – the delivery may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- When shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the delivery company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited.
- We accept payment by PayPal.
- If the product has problems such as original flaws or logistics damages, or wrong goods, we will replace it unconditionally if the product has not been used within 7 business days after receiving.
- If the product has serious damage which could not be repaired, we can exchange it at a sale price.
- Customers should pay for the return shipping and/or the freight.
- Customers could only replace the goods in the same size and type at no charge.
- If customers apply for the refund due to their own reasons, and the product is unused, customers should return the product first and need to pay for the freight and return shipping.
- Any quality problems arising from the use of products, we will not give a full refund.
